Dr. Crystal G. Morrison is a highly regarded scientist and leader who is passionate about developing people and organizations to their highest potential. She believes strongly that innovation is an act of both leadership just creativity. With extensive experience across industry, academia and national labs, Dr. Morrison knows what it takes to build and lead successful teams that create lasting value and bring products from concept to reality.
We have identified four key principles required to move an organization from chaos through stability and into High Performance. These key principles are Organization Assessment, Strategy, Leadership, and Teams. By systematically moving through each principle, organizations find themselves stabilizing and transitioning into High Performance.
Using our state-of-the-art assessment platform, we assess your organization to identify problem areas and determine a baseline. It's hard to create a clear path forward without first creating a baseline for where you are.
Using the assessment results, we identify goals and strategies to get your organization on the road to high performance. Strategy is defined as the way an organization meets the challenges and opportunities presented by its environment.
In short, leadership is a significant part of the answer to whatever challenges our organizations may face. We build up leaders in your organization using our world-class trainings on subjects such as "Emotional Intelligence" and "The Power of Persuasion."
Few would argue that people are an organization’s most valuable asset. Unfortunately, many people are motivated by compliance. Their hearts are not in their work. We help leaders within your organization build high performance teams.

Building a High Performance Organization
In this kickoff session, you will learn the paradigms leaders have used for years to build traditional organizations. We’ll then compare it to the new paradigms required today to build organizations that perform at the highest levels. This new way of thinking developed out of a need to better use employees’ capabilities to create greater flexibility and integrate parts of the organization around its common purpose.

Assessing your Organization for High Performance
This session is designed to help assess the current status and effectiveness of your organization using the Transformation Model. Using the model, leaders see how pieces of the organization fit together. Then they can make conscious choices about how to improve the organization’s effectiveness. The model reduces organizational complexity to seven key elements:
The seven elements are viewed as a whole system of interrelated parts which must fit together and be closely coordinated if an organization wants success. High Performance can be built into every aspect of an organization by using the model to guide a comprehensive and targeted approach to change.

Leadership
This session represents years of study that we have transformed into a basic set of skills and practices. We will present the latest in the Principles of Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Trust. You decide to what extent you want to develop your abilities. If you have the desire, this program will present you with the tools to become a successful leader.
You will learn that it is not necessary to change the world or become a household name in order to be a great leader. Being a great leader simply means having a positive influence on those around you. It allows you to create an organization founded on vision and ideals where you encourage others to rise above mediocrity and perform at their best. Our objective in this program is for every participant to understand the foundational principles of leadership and practice them. It does not matter if you lead a staff of two or a nation of millions, the principles are still the same— and they can be learned.

Developing a High Performance Strategy
The core concepts of strategic planning are framed around conscious choices about how an organization delivers value to its customers and distinguishes itself from competitors. Strategy isn’t just a document, it’s a mindset. It involves anticipating and adapting in the face of change. Clarifying the direction of your organization requires tradeoffs. It’s the task of the whole organization. If a strategic plan is done correctly, it lays the foundation for tomorrow’s success while competing to win today.

Creating a Master Plan
A master plan is a set of performance initiatives that leaders of an organization implement and manage as part of ongoing organizational development. Creating and implementing a master plan helps leaders become proactive instead of reactive. It results in greater discipline in management behavior by encouraging leaders to spend a majority of their time on activities that grow and develop the business, in addition to paying attention to short-term needs and demands.
Think Tank
“Think Tank” is an optional session designed to help participants in the workshop discuss their current reality and ask questions or get feedback from the entire group. It’s a facilitated discussion where nothing is off-limits.
You may cancel within 48 hours of the workshop for a refund. After that, you may reschedule for another workshop.
